Founded in 1880, Steiff is the no. 1 plush toy brand  in Germany and probably one of the most popular German brands overall. We supported Steiff during their market entry in China, delivering brand strategy outlines, brand manifesto with a first set of print and digital collaterals, as well as design and brand communication / tone-of-voice guidelines for their local partners. We also kicked-off the brands Weibo and WeChat channels with social media management, content development, promotions and cross-branding activities with Germans brands like Lufthansa and influencers like Chinese actress Fan Bingbing.
