Account Manager

We are seeking a full-time account manager with excellent communication skills. to join our team and work with our Chinese and overseas creative directors and designers. The position in our Shanghai headquarter offers the unique opportunity of a creative work environment in a growing agency with offices in Hong Kong and Berlin.

You will be in charge of account management for a variety of branding, design, event and PR projects from start to finish, including:

• Verbal and written correspondence in English and Chinese
• Writing proposals and budgets
• Budget Management
• Taking briefs from clients, analyzing briefings and getting all necessary/ missing information
• Briefing team internally, creative direction of design, supervising artwork, quality control

Position Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in Design/ Marketing as an Account Executive or Account Manager
• Experience in all functions listed above
• Comprehensive understanding of design, marketing and production
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Precision/ paying attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure, deal with several projects at the same time and meet short deadlines
• Fluent in oral and written English (CET 6 for Chinese candidates) and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in using computers and MS Office

Management Assistant

We are seeking a full-time management assistant with excellent communication skills, which reports directly to the management. The position in our Shanghai headquarter offers the unique opportunity of a creative work environment in a growing agency with offices in Hong Kong and Berlin.

The role of the management assistant includes:

• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within the given time frames
• Follow closely to the directors’ schedules and have full knowledge of any ongoing project at any time
• Communicate to the team on behalf of the directors
• Budget monitoring
• Assist in writing proposals and budgets
• Perform any other reasonable request within your range of competence

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience related to design and marketing
• Comprehensive understanding of design, marketing and production processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Precision/ paying attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure, deal with several projects at the same time and meet short deadlines
• Fluent in oral and written English (CET 4 for Chinese candidates) and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in using computers and MS Office, knowledge in use of CMS beneficial

Web Developer

We are seeking a web developer with excellent technical skills.
You will work in our team with Chinese and overseas creative directors, designers, and account managers. The position in our Shanghai headquarter offers the unique opportunity of a creative work environment in a growing agency with offices in Hong Kong and Berlin.
This is a full time position, yet we are always looking for freelances to extend our resource pool.

Position requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in the field
• Excellent skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript, familiar with common CMS
  such as WordPress, Drupal
• A solid knowledge of the latest web-design trends and techniques
• Good understanding of usability and both local and international preferences for user interfaces
• The ability to carry out websites from scratch rapidly, efficiently and independently
• A good sense of Design, paying attention to details
• Basic English skills
• Web design skills beneficial
• Knowledge of Flash/ Action Script beneficial
